Yes, standard retouching is included for every image/video you order. This includes cutting out and making sure images are on the relevant coloured background, and carrying out all necessary color and brightness adjustments to ensure we provide an accurate representation of your product in our visuals.

Any complex manipulations, such as changing the product's original shape or color, or fixing damages and defects, involve a huge amount of photoshop and will be charged additionally.

No, the price you see is the price you pay. As a company operating out of Thailand, we are not required to add VAT or GST to our services.

Simply put, if you are not completely satisfied with the images we've created we will give you a full refund. We do however ask that you give us the opportunity to put this right, as your satisfaction is our number one priority.

In order to prevent mis-use of this guarantee:

• Your images will be provided with watermarks until such time as you provide your approval. The provision of this approval, or a request to remove the watermarks will mark the end of the guarantee period.
• For larger orders we'll seek your approval on a sample before proceeding. This initial approval signifies acceptance of the entire project and marks the end of the guarantee period.
• You will have 3 business days from your initial delivery to review and approve your images. After this point the guarantee will no longer be in effect, unless revisions have been requested. A further 3 day guarantee period will be provisioned from the point anyrevisions have been delivered.
• Any revision requests must be within the scope of the initial project requirement that you have provided.

Our current minimum order value is $120 USD / $200 AUD / £100 or currency equivalent. Any projects that come in under this figure based on unit prices will automatically be rounded to amount.

This minimum order value exists to cover the base time required to set up for the shoot and carry out all administrative tasks associated with the project.

In order to benefit from the incredible discounts we offer for our social media subscription packages, we do ask for a three month committment.

This not only ensures that you are able to fully test your outcomes over a sustained time period, but also allows us to plan properly so we are able to produce the highest quality, tailored content for your brand. 

We aim to deliver your product videos within 7 days of receipt of your products / payment. Any changes required following this initial delivery usually take between 2 to 3 business days to process.

For larger orders, delivery may take slightly longer, however we will discuss this with you when we receive your project requirements.

Absolutely. Simply let us know when you book if you would like your products returned. We do ask that you bear the cost of shipping these back to you. Shipping costs vary based on size, weight and delivery times, so would need to be confirmed at the time of your booking. For smaller packages up to 1kg, price start from:

• Aus - AUD $25
• USA - USD $16

At this time all our models are faceless and you can see how this works by taking a quick look through our portfolios. The good news is we do typically include this as standard, providing you another incredible saving.

Once you are happy with our proposal we ask that you pay a 20% non-refundable deposit so we can get your shoot booked in.

Then, when your products are delivered to our studio and we confirm that the items match the proposal, we’ll send you an invoice for the balance to be paid. Please pay this within one business day. Once you’ve made the payment, we’ll proceed to the shooting stage.

All payments can be made directly, or securely through our website. The choice is yours.

We always provide an accurate quote before booking which includes all costs associated with the project. The only instances where a project cost will change after quoting is if the specification of the project changes. We will of course discuss all cost implications before proceeding with any changes.
